The Royal Mail is advising that the last posting dates for delivery before Xmas Day are:
Tracked 48 – this is our standard service – Friday 18th December before 1pm *
Special Delivery 24hour Service – Tuesday 22nd December before 1pm *
*Our collection by The Royal Mail happens shortly after 2pm, so please order before 1pm for your order to be processed in time for collection. Thank you.
The postage charge for our standard delivery is £2.99. We use The Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked service for this .
If you purchase one LP the postage charge for Tracked 48-hour delivery is £2.99.
Orders are picked and sent out Monday to Friday excluding bank or public holidays from our facility at Leeds, Yorkshire. You should usually receive your package within 3 to 4 working days of placing your order.
Orders received after 1pm are sent out the following working day due to our Royal Mail collection time. Orders that are placed with us after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. This excludes Bank or public holidays when your order will be dispatched the next working day after the Bank Holiday.
We also offer the faster service of The Royal Mail’s Special Delivery 24-hour service for £5.99. You can select this service at checkout. Orders using this service are usually received within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch from us to a mainland UK address. Orders received after 1pm are sent out the following working day.
The Royal Mail description of the 48 hour Tracked services is: ‘We aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 48 within two to three working days after we accept your parcels.’
The Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service also has full tracking, and outside of any strike periods is guaranteed for delivery the next working day after they have picked the parcel up, with the exception of certain postcodes listed on the Royal Mail website. We will send your order to you in a strong cardboard mailer specifically designed for sending vinyl albums through the post.
Please note that we ship within the United Kingdom only, and so our postage services are only available within the United Kingdom. This therefore excludes The Isle of Man and The Channel Islands.
