Trade Terms
We are pleased to be able to supply book, gift, music retailers and other businesses in Great Britain with new vinyl album stock and other associated products on a Trade basis.
Here are our business-to-business terms and conditions. You must agree to these terms and conditions before you place a Trade order from V4 Vinyl Limited.
1. Minimum Order Values:
The minimum order value is £200 plus VAT to qualify for our trade prices. (This equates to approximately 10 albums, depending on your choices).
For orders of £500 plus VAT or higher, we are able to supply a free in-store display unit, as pictured on the Trade Area home page. These are available on a first come first served basis as they are limited in number. The unit is made from cardboard and is approximately 1500mm tall, 650mm wide and 300mm deep. Please request one of these units if you wish to receive one and your order value is correct to qualify.
2. How to place an order
- You must agree to our Trade Terms before placing a Trade order.
- Please then use our Trade Order Form to order the products you wish to buy
- Once you have accepted our Trade Terms, our trade supply prices will be visible against each product.
- Trade orders must total £200 plus VAT or more to qualify for our Trade prices.

3. RRPs:
The instore retail prices charged to consumers by our Trade account business customers are entirely the prerogative and choice of the Trade account holder.
4. Cost Prices
V4 Vinyl Limited reserves the right to change the cost prices that we charge to trade accounts on each or any of our lines at any time.
5. Returns, Damages and Defects
All Trade order products are supplied on a firm sale basis. However, any products that arrive to the Trade customer damaged or faulty can be returned for full credit or replacement with another copy of the same item. Any product sold by the Trade customer to a retail consumer that is returned to them as faulty (ie. the record does not play correctly) can also be returned. Only faulty or damaged products can be returned by a Trade customer.
We ask that you inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact V4 Vinyl within working 5 days of receipt of any damaged or defective shipments. Returned damaged or faulty merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if we have equivalent stock, or the cost price you paid per item will be refunded.
If required, please request a return of any faulty or damaged products by email to V4 Vinyl within 5 days of the delivery date or receipt back from the consumer, quoting the invoice number and the reason for the return. Returns cannot be accepted without V4 Vinyl’s prior approval and delivery instructions. Shipping will be charged to the Trade customer if we have not previously agreed to pay for the returns shipping.
6. Payments
All payments for orders are made at the point of ordering, using the Trade Order Form.
7. Shipping
Shipping is via the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service and is free on all Trade Area orders.
8. Delivery Window
We will dispatch your bulk order as soon as we can. All products ordered via the Trade Order Form should be in stock with us. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your delivery. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday and orders received after 1pm will start to be processed and picked the following working day.
9. Backorders
We do not operate back orders. Sometimes popular product lines will disappear from our site as they are out of stock with the suppliers. Please ask us for availability information so that you can order these lines once they are back in stock with us and available on our site for you to order.
10. Shipping International Orders
We can only supply to businesses within Great Britain currently; we do not ship international orders at this time.
