Vinyl Double LP. Described by Q Magazine as ‘The best charity album ever made’, this album from September 1995 was recorded in a day at Abbey Road Studios and released the following week. It raised over £1mn for the victims of the Balkans war, and had a list of participants that is quite something – a roll call of some of the biggest artists of the time. Including Oasis and Friends, Suede, The Stone Roses, Radiohead, Blur, Portishead, The Stereo MCs, The Manic Street Preachers – the list is long! With its 30th anniversary approaching, this 2LP edition is pressed on coloured vinyl and is limited to 2000 copies.
